The staff here are very nice and kind and helpful. AHMED was really nice and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. the swimming pool was really clean and nice. the bar had a great atmosphere, and the breakfast was delicious. the employees were active and very supportive, providing delightful choices and excellent service. the location is good for clothing shopping and offers a perfect view of the Bosphorus and Istanbul.

The highlight of my stay was the impeccable service from the staff, who were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. the hotel's prime location offered stunning views from my room and easy access to the city's attractions. However, the outdated rooms and occasional issues with the executive lounge service were areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

I liked that the hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean. In my twin room I had satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. It had central location close to Istanbul Congress Center.

The only minor issue was that the reception staff seemed a bit disorganized, resulting in a longer check-in time than expected. they were polite and apologized for the inconvenience.

Everything was amazing and clean, I loved staff and location. Consistently courteous personnel was especially the receptionists. The room was well laid out with king size beds and had a personal safe, an iron and an electronic key card.

The king executive room on the top floor was absolutely mind-blowing with its jaw-dropping view. Having access to the club lounge was a super bonus, and the gym helped us stay in shape during our stay. The late, late check out at 5pm was a game-changer since our flight was at 9:30pm. The prompt service and spacious room made us feel like VIPs. And let's not forget the fantastic breakfast that left us craving for more. I would definitely go back for another incredible experience.

Found a treasure tucked away in Taksim, a real gem! Delicious Asian bites at Dragon, relaxing poolside views at the Café, and a pampering session at the spa - wow! a playground for the little ones! The history here is mind-blowing, and the outdoor dining is perfect in summer. The staff made me feel like a VIP, even offering prayer mats. So close to prime shopping too! Such a cool spot for my Spanish soul to unwind.
